Position: Sales Representative

This is a full-time permanent position. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing all aspects of an assigned sales territory, including but not limited to promoting all the company’s products to potential customers, generating new sales leads, hunting for new clients, servicing existing clients and maintaining client relationships.

Location: Vaughan


  • Develop and implement individual sales plan based on the company’s sales strategy and goals
  • Understand the needs of all assigned accounts and maintain regular communication with key contracts
  • Conduct client visits to identify opportunities, develop relationships and expand existing sales
  • Pursue new account development, generate new sales leads and conduct follow-ups
  • Identify clients’ needs, address their concerns, and help resolve their issues
  • Work closely with other departments, including Customer Service and Production, to provide customers with superior service
  • Motivate dealership customers to sell and promote the company’s products to the end users
  • Grow business profitability by keeping customers in-terms and maximizing gross margin
  • Attend sales meetings; Track and report sales activities and pipeline development on regular basis
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Maintain and continuously develop product knowledge


  • College graduate or above, majoring in sales and marketing preferred
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Open-minded, eager to learn and to be trained, always keeps a positive attitude
  • Passionate and persistent about sales, with the confidence and ability to meet sales goals
  • customer service oriented; Strong client relationship building and follow-up skills
  • Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills;
  • Highly self-motivated, quick learner and an independent go-getter
  • A team player and a multi-tasker
  • G driver’s license, has own vehicle and is willing to travel frequently
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
